Note: You will also need to fill out the Developmental Disabilities Administration application. The Developmental Disabilities Administration's application is not available online. You'll need to contact BARC's Admissions Department at 410-296-2272, ext. 5153 or mpetrik@baltimorearc.org. You can also call DDA directly at 410-902-4500.

BARC intake workers can assist you in completing these applications and can come to your home if necessary. We also have staff who speak many different languages to assist non-English speaking individuals.
